Xinba Reservoir is located in Xinba Village, Yangqi Township, Shangli County, Yangxiang City. The total storage capacity is 426X104m³, and the normal storage level of the reservoir is 294.5m. In 1971, it was extended to the existing elevation of 297.30m. The reservoir is a key small (I) type reservoir for water source, irrigation and flood control.
